Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service, digital content, or interactive reading through this website. This website offers digital interactive readings, written readings, recorded readings, digital content, and, where available, scheduled live consultations.
1. General policy
Because the services and digital products offered on this website are personal, interpretive, time based, and, in some cases, made available immediately after purchase, refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled according to the conditions set out below.
By purchasing any service, digital content, or paid interactive reading through this website, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer published on this website.
2. Different categories of purchases
This website may offer different types of paid content and services, including:
- scheduled live consultations or appointments
- written or recorded readings
- downloadable or gated digital content
- paid interactive readings, including automated or semi personalized digital reading experiences accessed online after payment
- physical products, including Lenormand decks and related items
Different refund and cancellation rules may apply depending on the nature of the product or service purchased.
3. Physical products and preorders
This website may offer physical products, including but not limited to Lenormand decks, printed materials, gift items, and other tangible goods.
Certain physical products may be offered on a preorder basis. By placing a preorder, you reserve a future production unit before manufacturing, fulfillment, or shipping has been completed.
Estimated production and shipping dates are provided for informational purposes only and may change due to manufacturing, logistics, supplier delays, customs procedures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers will be informed of significant changes affecting the estimated fulfillment schedule.
4. Paid interactive readings and digital content
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales of paid interactive readings, automated reading experiences, digital readings, downloadable content, written readings, recorded readings, and other digital or personalized content are final and non refundable.
This applies in particular where access to the content is granted immediately after payment, where the content is personalized or semi personalized, or where the service begins automatically upon purchase.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content or immediate performance of the digital service, where applicable.
You also acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable law, your right of withdrawal may be lost once access has been granted, performance has begun, or the content has been fully or substantially delivered.
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to paid digital content, you may contact us for review and, where appropriate, replacement access, correction, or another reasonable solution.
5. No refunds for accessed or delivered digital content
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, no refund will be issued for:
- any paid interactive reading that has been unlocked, accessed, opened, generated, or started
- any digital content that has been delivered, downloaded, streamed, displayed, or made available to you
- any written or recorded reading once preparation or delivery has begun
- any personalized or semi personalized content created or generated for you
6. Scheduled live consultations and appointments
Live consultations and scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled under the conditions below.
If your cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, you may be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- one rescheduling option for the same service
If your cancellation request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, no refund may be issued except where applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Rescheduling by the client
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may request to reschedule it.
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will generally be accepted once, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be refused, especially where preparation time has already been committed or the reserved time slot cannot reasonably be filled.
8. No shows and missed appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, arrive too late for the session to take place in reasonable conditions, or fail to provide the information necessary for the service to be delivered, the booking may be treated as a missed appointment.
Missed appointments are non refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, that right will apply unless a lawful exception exists.
For digital content, interactive readings, and digital services supplied immediately after purchase, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins or access is granted, where such waiver is valid under applicable law.
For scheduled services, the right of withdrawal may also be limited or lost where the service has already been fully performed after your prior express request and acknowledgment, where permitted by applicable law.
10. Right of withdrawal for physical products
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase of a physical product within fourteen (14) days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires and return the product in accordance with applicable law.
Returned products should be complete, unused, and returned in reasonable condition together with any accessories, inserts, or packaging where reasonably possible.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product and within the time limits required by applicable law.
11. Preorder cancellations
Until production of a preorder product has begun, customers may request cancellation of their preorder and receive a full refund, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Once manufacturing, personalization, fulfillment preparation, or production specifically attributable to the preorder has begun, cancellation requests may be refused to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Cancellations by the website owner
If the website owner needs to cancel or reschedule a live consultation or scheduled service for any reason, you will be offered either:
- a full refund, or
- an alternative appointment date for the same service
If a paid interactive reading or digital product cannot be delivered because of a technical failure attributable to the website owner, a replacement access, correction, or refund may be offered as appropriate.
13. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.
14. Non refundable situations
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- you change your mind after access to a digital reading or interactive product has been granted
- you have opened, used, started, or completed a paid interactive reading
- you fail to attend a scheduled appointment
- you provide incorrect contact information or are unreachable at the scheduled time
- you do not make reasonable efforts to attend or receive the service
- you are dissatisfied with a reading solely because its interpretation or message did not meet your personal expectations
15. Exceptional cases
Exceptional refund, credit, or rescheduling requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the website owner in cases of serious emergency, technical failure, duplicate payment, or circumstances that made the service impossible to deliver in reasonable conditions.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
